Turning the Corner

The heat finally is beginning to ebb. We’ve had rain this week too. It feels amazing. As though the weather triggers something deep within. A sense of deeply held hope starts to rise. I don’t need to envision a specific party or pumpkin flavored treat to feel it. It’s just a sense that the comfort of sweaters, football, and family time is close at hand.

I’m so happy to be here for another fall.
