2023 Men’s Campout

Hey! It’s Paul.

Camping is a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature God. It’s also a great opportunity to bond with friends, old and new.

If you’ve never been camping before, or if you’re just looking for some new reasons to get out there and try it, here are 5 reasons why you should give it a try:

  1. It’s a great way to get exercise. Camping can be a lot of work, but it’s also a lot of fun. You’ll be hiking, carrying gear, setting up camp, and cooking over the campfire. All of this activity will help you get in shape and burn some calories.
  2. It’s a great way to relax and de-stress. There’s nothing quite like being in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by nature. The fresh air, the quiet, and the lack of distractions can help you relax and de-stress.
  3. It’s a great way to bond with friends and family. Camping is a great way to spend time with the people you care about or get better acquainted with fellow believers. You’ll have the opportunity to talk, hike, fish, play games, and just enjoy each other’s company.
  4. It’s a great way to challenge yourself. Camping can be challenging, but it’s also very rewarding. You’ll have to learn new skills, like how to set up camp, how to cook over the campfire, and how to find your way around in the wilderness.
  5. It’s just plain fun. Camping is a lot of fun! You’ll get to explore new places, see new things, and experience the beauty of God’s creation.

So if you’re a man who’s looking for a fun, challenging, and rewarding way to get away from it all, then camping is the perfect activity for you, and we have the perfect opportunity!

Meet me and a bunch of other guys, mostly from churches in the Treasure Valley, and we’ll relax around the fire with snacks and watch the stars. Then we’ll go hiking, shooting, or fishing together. I’ll bring the cornhole boards too. Join us if you want to, and feel free to invite others.
