My daughter and I went for a photo walk-about on Saturday. I really love spending time with her. She’s genuinely curious about so many things. And excited by what she learns. She is sweet and silly, and just a joy to be around. Know what else? She likes to take pictures too. I gave her the camera that I had been using until I invested in a DSLR. The little Canon A640 has served me well, and now it’s in the hands of future greatness. I’ll go through her photos with her and talk about what worked and what didn’t and we agreed to choose a top 12. After we’ve done that, I’ll share them. For now though, here are a few I took. I really like to one of both of us looking down into the water. It’s not technically great, but I like it.
