As it nears Christmas time, I’m reminded how blessed I am. I love very much the family I was born into, and the family that I’ve built with my wife, but there are certain times during the year that remind me just how awesome my church family is. Christmas time is one of the more obvious ones. The whole body is looking for ways to bless others, and the smiles abound as we celebrate why we are a community. Jesus came and changed the world and there’s reason to party, and I’m excited that I get to celebrate with some of the coolest people on the planet.
