Well we started the roof. Things went pretty well on Friday. We got everything tore off, despite the minor sprinkling that the weather man said wouldn’t happen. Much more of the roof was soft and we decided to just re-sheet the whole roof rather than pull out various pieces and replace them. The problem of it all though, is that it is now Saturday and the rain is drenching everything. Fortunately we got most everything covered in paper and the rain is shedding nicely, but I don’t know when we’ll get a chance to start laying shingles.
Anyway, I did get a nice time lapse video out of our efforts yesterday.
